About the role
Start your career on the floor that builds Saudi Arabia's grid. Our 24-month graduate programme rotates you through manufacturing, engineering design, and field commissioning under senior mentorship, with a clear path to a permanent engineering role on completion.
What you'll do
- Rotate across manufacturing, engineering design, and field commissioning over 24 months.
- Work alongside senior engineers on live MV/LV projects.
- Build hands-on knowledge of IEC standards and Schneider Electric licensed processes.
- Contribute to real project deliverables under structured supervision.
- Complete programme assessments leading to a permanent engineering placement.
What you'll bring
- Recent Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Power.
- Strong academic record and genuine interest in power distribution.
- Eagerness to learn on the manufacturing floor and in the field.
- Saudi national (Saudization-aligned early-career track).
- Based in or able to relocate to Madinah.
