About the role

You own TEPCO's commercial relationships across the Central region. From Riyadh, you manage SEC, government, and EPC accounts — leading technical pre-sales, owning tender responses, and partnering with engineering to win and deliver.

What you'll do

  • Manage and grow accounts with SEC, government bodies, and EPC contractors in the Central region.
  • Lead technical pre-sales: requirement capture, solution scoping, and product positioning.
  • Own tender and bid responses end to end, coordinating engineering and pricing inputs.
  • Build long-term technical partnerships with customer engineering teams.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and report on regional commercial performance.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 5–10 years in technical sales or commercial engineering, ideally in power distribution.
  • Strong grasp of MV/LV switchgear and the Saudi utility and EPC landscape.
  • Excellent customer-facing communication in Arabic and English.
  • Based in Riyadh, with regional travel.
